    We booked triple room that was complete with conditioner, antique design, as for instance as advertised. The staff were superfriendly and helpful, gave us great tips. The location was comfortable and unbeatable, adjacent to the nearby tram/bus station, the public transport to Venice, and a direct tram.

    The service here was so friendly! 😊 the room for two was absolutely stunning and even had a small fridge, as well as coffee and tea provided. the location was really great, just a quick and lovely walk away from Torre dell'orologio.

    The hotel provided a great breakfast with various options. The location was convenient, being close to the tram lines which made it easy to get around the city. The room was clean and tidy, and we were able to leave our bags after checkout.

    Great location with easy access to train station and multiple restaurants. the rooms were beautiful and very clean which made the stay quite comfortable. the hotel provided complementary tea, coffee, and cookies which were a nice touch. there was free parking which was very convenient.

    The breakfast was underwhelming, with limited options and pre-packaged items. the coffee machine did not work properly which caused some frustration.
